RF Series Features

Ideal delivery system with triple roller

・A 3-point automatic centering mechanism that automatically guides logs from 3 directions and moves them to the center of the rotor. (Utility model pending)
・Because logs are always moved to the center position, it eliminates the need to move the rotor part up and down, and therefore it is possible to carry out rapid and continuous peeling.
・The self-aligning mechanism applies equal pressure in three directions stopping the log from rotating or shaking.
・A rotary type system causes less friction and wear, it withstands high-speed, long-term use without lubrication.

Rotary Cutter (RM・R Type)

・Effective crimping power is obtained by using an air cushion and pressure control, this enables it to peel off cleanly and speedily
・Regardless of the species of the tree it can exert its power on any long fiber materials such as cedar and cypress
